The Fresh on Table team also manages logistics, allowing us to gather produce from farms all over the country for our multiple hotels. Our partnership with Fresh on Table has grown exponentially over the years, a testament to its success. In 2022, we announced a commitment to source 350 tons of ingredients – a goal we exceeded and in 2023, we sourced an impressive 670 tons with Fresh on Table’s support.
